NOTES:
Rivot hole spacing 'A': This is the centerline spacing between locating pin and rivet holes or centerline spacing between pilot and rivet hole, whichever application may apply and should be ordered as a desimal dimension.
Pilot diameter 'B': This specifies the decimal dimension of the pilot. In most cases this is the diameter of the drill bit or punch used to make the pilot clearance hole.
Rivet hole diameter 'C': Specifies recommended drill bit number to use when drilling rivet holes.

Step #1:
Insert Pilot into pre-drill or punched pilot hole.
Step #2:
Visually align jig so that it meets the desired plate position, then drill through the hole marked #1.
Step #3
Swing jig until the spring-loaded pin engages in the hole just drilled.
Step #4
Carefully drill the second hole then remove the jig. You are now ready to drill for the next nut plate.
